The Best Fat Burner Diet - Why Fad Diets Don't Work


You are on this page because you want to know how to lose weight. There is so much misinformation out there about weight loss and diet industry. You'll find some of these diets, and May even have tried some of them, but found that they had done very little to help you lose weight. Some of them are no more than a financial rip-off, and some of them are just really bad for your health. Here are some of the diets that are not the best fat burner diet out there:

Low carb diets
Low carb diets are those, such as the Atkins-style diets. These diets are far too strict and can not be maintained. Your body needs a healthy, balanced diet, so that your body can survive on a diet that restricts all these healthy foods. If you have tried this diet you will experience headaches, lack of sleep, and even nausea. You will also find that you gain weight after losing a little weight.

Pre-packaged diet programs
These diets promote a range of food pre-packed format. These diets are considerably more expensive and again, you are limited to certain foods that are low in fat and carbohydrates, but they have little or no nutritional value.

Hollywood diet
These diets are known to those Hollywood stars live on. Now to be realistic, not a Hollywood star, and you can choose to limit the hot water and lemon cookies. Need a healthy range of food for life.

starvation diet
Your body needs good nutrition to live. In order to generate new cells, you need a well balanced diet and starving yourself is a dangerous thing to do. Your metabolism will stop working, it will affect your body and your brain and you will not be able to maintain such a diet for very long.

Size Zero Diet
Again, this is a special diet for a few, but many reasonable. Supermodels are known to exist on the starvation diet to achieve a perfect size zero, but you only see the headlines to know where they are headed. Unfortunately, the quest for excellence, and the girls were put in grave danger to the survival of hot water, lemon and apples! It is not for you, because your lifestyle requires you to eat and get food.

How To Diet: Do NOT Try a Fad Diet


Before I tell you not to try to "fad" diet, what, exactly, is "a fad diet "?

let's define it this way:. Fad diet is one that suddenly becomes popular and used unconventional methods, there is always a trick than a healthy balance between diet and exercise to achieve weight loss

There are many fad diets on the market over the years ... "blood type" diet "cabbage soup", "cookie diet ".

Some of these bad diet ... Oops ... I think "FAD" diets are still around. They come and go, depending on the Hollywood (or in London or Paris) celebrity currently touting them.

Well, so what's so bad about a fad? Some people have no problem plopping down your hard earned money for books, tapes, tools and food for children who have no clinical support at all shows that are in force, and that they are safe.

Here's what's wrong with them:


- they are usually very difficult to keep, and almost impossible if you are away from home. (Do not forget the fennel seeds for cabbage soup when you go to New Jersey for the wedding of a relative Belden !)

Many of them are dangerous to your health. Fad diets often uses principles that are not nutritionally sound. For example, extreme calorie intake can speed up a condition called diabetic ketosis. Many fad diets also increase the risk of cardiovascular, renal and hepatic disease.

If you lose more than 2 pounds a week you're cutting into muscle. Your body is designed to shut down when this happens and your metabolism actually slows down.

fad diets that promise "extreme weight loss fast," providing too few calories. You'll probably lose weight fast, but most of it is water ... the rest is muscle.

Most fad diets are not "normal" ways of eating and they will leave you cranky, tired, depressed, and ... Hungry!

Many diet pills requires the use of some type other than dietary modifications.

Do not take any pills to lose weight, except one prescribed by a physician (often reserved for

cases of morbid obesity). They can cause side effects, its (dizziness, nausea, changes in blood pressure, liver, kidney, intestinal disorders to name a few ).

The above list represents only some of the many, very real, threat of fad diets.

There is only one sure and safe way to lose weight and keep it off.

This is followed, now and forever, that a diet balanced in nutrients and food groups, and consumed in reasonable portion sizes.

This type of "diet" is the best approach in the world for you and your family if you want to lose weight and never return unwanted pounds.
